The House is located right next to the Jardines del Alcázar. From its windows and 4 level terraces it offers a complete view of the Barrio de Santa Cruz. It is a minute's walk to the entrance of the Alcázar and the Giralda. The charm of living in this beautiful area can be enjoyed without a car, without traffic noise, just live history and beauty.

The unique design of the house offers a special experience: 4 levels, 4 bedrooms, each on one level, 4 bathrooms, old walls and all modern facilities the guest may need, including independent AC systems in all bedrooms and living room. The open central patio, connected to the kitchen, is the communication nexus of the different rooms of the House, all of them easily accessible by a scenic staircase.

The House is an original historical setting and has all the beauty and features of a real historical building, such as staircases and room sizes. The guest will feel inside History.

In the kitchen there are oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, cooker with 4 ceramic hob, washing machine, and a complete set of pots, plates, glassware and wineglasses. The dishes are from the Andalusian classics of La Cartuja.

The four rooms are equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom.

Each one has its own identity:

- The white bedroom is in fact an old vaulted alcove.

- The yellow room has a leaning wooden roof and a classic Andalusian balcony facing the ancient walls of the Alcazar and the fountain of the Callejón del Agua, full of flowers.

- The blue room with the vaulted ceiling has a balcony overlooking the gardens of the Alcázar.

- The pink room is on the top floor and the view is impressive. From this room it is possible to reach the roof. The bathroom is small but cozy with the vaulted brick ceiling.

Service contract policy

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.Our system requires a 40% payment of the total amount in advance which must be fulfilled within 24h, being thus conditioned to the payment acceptance by the bank institution. The remaining amount shall be paid a week in advance to the arrival date.


Check in from 15.00h and checkout before 11.00h.

  • Check ins from 21:00h to 00:00h will have a surcharge of 25€.
  • From 00:00h to 02:00h the surcharge will be 40€.
  • Surcharges will be paid in cashat the check in.

CLIENT CANCELLATION.Cancellation charges will apply regarding the total amount of the booking as follows:

– 30% if the cancellation request is made at least 30 days in advance to the arrival date.

– 50% if the cancellation request is made less than 30 days in advance and more than 15 days to the arrival date.

– 100% if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days in advance to the check in date

This house in the Juderia, in Barrio Santa Cruz, was absolutely adorable. It was charming and such a fun place to stay. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen was clean. Much to our surprise as we wandered around the city there were pictures and paintings of this house that is the face of Barrio Santa Cruz and the Jewish Quarter. Was such a unique place and the girls loved sitting up on the terrace and catching the Sevilla sun during the day and looking at the city lights at night. Would recommend this place to anyone. Also Holi-Rent reached out several time and gave recommendation and were very helpful.

Good value considering its super location and the fact that it has 4 bedrooms.It is a historic house that is clearly well kept with it charming character yet modern facilities. A true Time Capsule. The kitchen has all the facilities - but believe me, you will not be cooking much here as there are plenty of places to eat nearby.The historical Architecture is very well preserved.

This is the best place to stay in Sevilla! Close to all the sites in Centro and you can go back to rest between activities. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared for that if that is an issue for you. We loved the history of the property and plan to come back again. Great communication and helpful tips!

This beautiful home has all the ambiance of old Sevila that you are looking for. Located right by the Alcazar, it is a unique place to stay and very historical! It is beautifully decorated! We were in Seville on days that were 110 degrees Farenheit, yet the building was comfortable. The architecture, including traditional open-air patio courtyard, was designed for the heat, and helpful for teaching kids about passive solar design. The bedrooms and living rooms also had air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was lovely and comfortable while still feeling like a step back in time. It even has an old well in the floor and a walled off underground passage to the Alcazar. The location couldn't be better.

This is a fantastic opportunity to stay in the centre of the old town and be part of the history of the town. The town house is unique and used to have a door direct to the Alcázar palace next door (now blinded by bricks). The furniture in the house also gives the house a lovely atmosphere. We all loved staying there (8 of us - two families). It was very hot when we stayed and the air condition in the bedrooms and front room was a godsend. Would love to stay there again the next time we go to Seville.

Maria from Holi-Rent could not have been more helpful. She agreed an early check-in slot, quickly arranged fresh towels to be delivered during our stay and arranged taxi transports on our behalf. She provided us with savvy tips and directions that made our stay in Seville much easier. The accommodation lacks outdoor space but has a small and cool inner courtyard. It is very much a period property with quirks and not a modern boutique hotel. Its location allows direct access to the heart of the old city centre .. perfect for us. We enjoyed the many and varied terraces on our doorstep.

This unique apartment is literally in the heart of the Seville. We loved everything detail of the interior. Check in was simple and Rosetta was lovely and informative. Absolutely perfect location! Best place we have ever stayed in including paradors!

Check in or key delivery will be at the address of the booked property.
DO NOT have RECEPTION DESKS, therefore it is VERY IMPORTANT that you specify an ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, so that our staff can be waiting for you for the check in.


1. ACCEPTANCE. Any booking implies ac

cepting these general conditions.

2. USER. The person making the booking must be of legal age and will be responsible for the veracity of the information given.

3. PRE-PAYMENT. Our system requires a payment in advance that must be paid in a maximum delay of 24 hours: the booking is under the acceptance of the payment by the bank in charge. The rest of the amount must be paid one week before the arrival.

4. BOOKING. Your booking can be made by telephone, e-mail or directly online through our website. The bookings will be completed when the client receives the booking confirmation to his e-mail inbox, with a reference code.

5. CHECK IN. The check in time for the dwelling is between 15h and 01hon the first day of the stay. The meeting place for the key’s delivery is the address appearing at the top left-hand side of this document.

• For all check ins between 21:00h and 00:00h there will be an extra charge of 25€.
• From 00:00h to 02:00h there will be an extra charge of 40€.
• These amounts must to be paid in cash upon check in.

7. CHECKOUT. Check-out before 12:00.

8. DATA. All data introduced by the user are registered in a safe server and we guarantee that the access to this information is exclusive use of our booking staff, and it will only be used for booking purposes and to communicate future promotions and offers to the client.

9. OCCUPANTS. The client can only lodge the maximum number of people determined on the apartment’s characteristics and the agreed price.

10. CLEANING. The apartment shall be made available to the client duly cleaned. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.

11. EQUIPMENT. The customer engages himself to leave the apartment, furniture and fittings on the same conditions as found upon check-in.

12. MODIFICATIONS. We reserve the right to change the hired apartment for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.

13. SECURITY DEPOSIT. On the arrival day the guest must proceed with the preautorization of the security deposit amount using the previously provided registration form link. In case we would need to actually use the deposit, the guest will be informed. On the other hand, if there is no need for us to use the deposit, will be released afetr the stablished blocking time (7 days)

The compensation to be applied on the total booking amount shall be the following:
- 30% when the cancellation is made within a period of over 30 before the arrival day.
- 50% when the cancellation is made within a period equal to 30 days or more than 15 days before the arrival day.
- 100% when the cancellation is made within a period of less than 7 days before the arrival day.

15. SECURITY: The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these ends, the user / client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

Likewise, the data about your credit card is not registered in any database but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of Banco Santander. Furthermore, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are the holder of a 'secured' card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.
