Appartamento moderno, pulito e dalla posizione strategica: comodo per visitare la città a piedi o per prendere i mezzi. Ci si sta comodamente in due, da solo è un po' un lusso. Anche la cucina è piccola, ma essenziale.

The apartment looks bigger in the pics , and toilet/bath is really tiny for a big person, in general it is a positive stay , everything is around you need , I feel some maintenance need to be done due some lights from the roof fall of , but immediate action taken to repair, in general a good apartment to stay for short periods, due little bit expensive ( but in Seville Standard)

Good location, clean and good-decorated! Only thing that can be better ist the punctuality of checkin. We waited outside for about 10 minutes. The problems with bed and water boiler were solved quickly and properly and thank you for the useful advice of the city! Good team!

El piso me ha parecido excelente. La ubicación es ideal, el piso está muy limpio y la recepción y salida del mismo fue perfecto. Lo que mas me gustó fue la flexibilidad en la entrada y la salida, algo totalmente de agradecer. Muchas gracias por ello porque me facilitaron mucho mi estancia allí. Muchas gracias. Como cosa menos positiva a destacar, diría que se nos quedaron cortos el papel del baño y una toalla de ducha para cada uno (estando 3 días). Lo demás, aparte de eso, todo perfecto. Un 10!!

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.Our system requires a 40% payment of the total amount in advance which must be fulfilled within 24h, being thus conditioned to the payment acceptance by the bank institution. The remaining amount shall be paid a week in advance to the arrival date.

Check in from 15.00h and checkout before 11.00h.

CLIENT CANCELLATION.Cancellation charges will apply regarding the total amount of the booking as follows:

– 30% if the cancellation request is made at least 30 days in advance to the arrival date.

– 50% if the cancellation request is made less than 30 days in advance and more than 15 days to the arrival date.

– 100% if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days in advance to the check in date
