It is a great place and we had the most beautiful stay. The owner was such a sweet and helpful lady. The view was the best. So nice view over the bay. Pool great. We hope to come back!

Nos alojamos un todo el mes en el apartamento. La localizacion es fantastica (junto a una cala muy bonita y a 30 minutos andando del casco antiguo de estepona), y las vistas son espectaculares. El vencindario es muy tranquilo y y bonito. la piscina esta justo en frente del mar. el apartamento tiene de todo (menaje de cocina, aspirado, productos de limpieza, toallas, sabanas ....) y es muy amplio. La comunicacion tanto con holi rent como con la propietaria es muy buena y son muy flexibles (cambiamos la hora de llegada en el ultimo momento sin ningun problema). Volveria sin ninguna duda, de los mejores airbnb en los que hemos estado.

Terms and conditions

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.Our system requires a 40% payment of the total amount in advance which must be fulfilled within 24h, being thus conditioned to the payment acceptance by the bank institution. The remaining amount shall be paid a week in advance to the arrival date.

CHECK IN:

Check in from 15.00h and checkout before 11.00h.

  • Check ins from 21:00h to 00:00h will have a surcharge of 25€.
  • From 00:00h to 02:00h the surcharge will be 40€.
  • Surcharges will be paid in cashat the check in.

CLIENT CANCELLATION.Cancellation charges will apply regarding the total amount of the booking as follows:

– 30% if the cancellation request is made at least 30 days in advance to the arrival date.

– 50% if the cancellation request is made less than 30 days in advance and more than 15 days to the arrival date.

– 100% if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days in advance to the check in date
