Rate optimization and update, based on the property characteristics, location, season, and occupancy rate.
Comunication with the guests before and after their stay.
Check in and checkout management, provide the guests a warm welcome in the guest's language (Spanish, English or French), doubts resolution, and turistic recommendations.
Proffessional cleaning and laundry services upon the guests departure.
Maintenance, incidences and possible flaw management. Your property will be constantly monitored by our cleaning and maintenance staff. They will control and inspect periodically the property to maintain it in perfect conditions.
Monthly settlements to the owners.
Booking management:
Property registration in different languanges (Spanish, English and French) at leader websites.
Calendar, rates, contents, and photography synchronization with the main platforms by means of our booking engine.
Constant price and occupancy rates tracking. Appliance of price rises or offers in relation to the property's occupancy, and season; its main objective is to maximize efficiency, trying to obtain as many bookings as possible.
Comunication with the guests from Mondays to Sundays.
